Called them twice for different claims never could treat the claims let alone their claim prices are too high, callled to cancel and they charged me to even cancel services. Do not recommend

Costs too much for a service you cant use! No technicians wanted to be involved w warranty claims process at all - tried to even schedule an AC tech and they said to pay them up front and submit it to the warranty for reimbursement -
