Typical warranty company... they take the money but when it comes time to pay out to repair, they don't want to pay out. Save $80 dollars a paycheck in a separate account and that is your warranty money.

Called for a faucet leak, plumber came but wasn’t able to fix the problem. AHS charged me $100 for nothing. I will definitely cancel this insurance, it’s a waste of money.

Our track light system is out in our condo. I fully expect to buy light bulbs when they go out but I couldn’t believe a failed track system was not covered. I will not renew. A huge waste of hard earned money

4 months without a working stove, multiple repair attempts without resolution. Missing parts delayed repair four times. Company non responsive just state I can see this is bothersome that you do not have a working stove.
