My heat pump has went out 3 summers in a row and AHS has not yet replaced it, I have asthma and they keep half fixing it and I can’t afford that anymore.I’m frustrated and hot again this summer!

Plumber never showed up on 5/18 from 12 to 4 when it was scheduled!!! I am now on vacation until June 11th & have a dog sitter in my house. Please reschedule. This is the 2nd visit for the same problem!!!

RUN.. They took my money for a plumber and never sent one. Then they told me to fins one and they gave me a list of plumbers I couldn't use. So I had to pay for a plumber $300 Plus the $180.00 for the garage deposed.

The only thing they are good at is taking my money. I was offered a refund because the appointed Tech nevered showed. That was 6 weeks ago and my Fridge still does not work. I have reached out 7 times with no refund.
