There are a number of companies that do not want to work with AHS. I've had to find my own plumber and then submit for reimbursement "Less" the service fee. Why should I pay a service fee when none was provided

All you had to do was say it was preexisting conditions. That would be the case for anyone who pays for the house that’s not brand new. I think you could even make the case for that.

They work like they’re supposed to on the first call. If a problem occurs, if follow-up is needed you CAN NOT get assistance. You’ll call 1000 times speak to 3000 and nothing will get done. I’m throwing my money away.
