Very disappointed when trying to call AHS and only getting automated service. Not even an email address is available only an noreply address. Seems like once signed up no more customer service - a big fat zero in my books.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. The worst company I've ever dealt with. Oh wait, you're lucky if you can get to speak with a rep. They'll make you wait on the phone for 30 minutes or more and will hang up.

Horrible customer service, long wait on the phone to get someone. Does not cover much. I would not recommend AHS to anyone. Had to pay to repair my AC $1700 after AHS coverage.

had an issue that was never resolved. called back after new year to let them know. it was 63 days and they refuse to waive the $75 fee even though it's the same issue because it was after 60 days. very POOR customer service.

I just called American Home Shield to check the status of my very first claim, and I'm on hold with an expected wait time of over 1 hour!! It's 1:42 p.m. on January 3, 2018 and I'm on hold...for a long time apparently.

Of the last three times we attempted to use our warranty, we were denied twice. Both rejections were based upon ‘facts’ related to AHS which were NOT in any statements made to me when the repair person was at our house.

They are terrible at responding to emergencies. If something is seriously wrong, you still have to wait 48 hours before they find someone to come. And when there is sewage in your basement that is a terrible experience!

Absolutely horrible , did not repair my a/c the unit is 25 years old , Homeshield said is was due to it being dirty.The unit is25 years old.Total rip-off....have been with the company 10 plus years...
