It took me 5 weeks to resolve my issue which to repair a washer that was eventually replaced, customer service in a foreign country reading from script is not worth the monthly premium which goes up every year.

The company AHS has contracted with does not answer their phone. They are NOT making an appointment with me because it’s a “recall.” AHS isn’t doing anything about it. They hire lousy companies!
