It’s been two weeks and we are still without hot water. The contractor ordered the incorrect size and it was dented. We are still waiting for it to be installed.

Customer service is average at best. Trouble at times understanding foreign workers. Not the best service companies you hire. To get payment for work your service companies couldn’t do is unacceptable.

This company sucks! I have not had a working oven since Sept 2022 and have had so many service calls i have lost count. Now i have a new oven sitting in my dining room, no oven in my kitchen and have had no attempt to contact me to do what is necessary to install my new oven. Terrible customer service.

I purchased this warranty as a new homebuyer--they didn't mention that they won't cover my dishwasher because it's portable and not built it. The website mentions nothing of it either--BE SURE TO READ THE FINE PRINT.

It seems they find any way to not repair the problem. They would not fix a leaky bathroom faucet that was 17 years old and told me that my water pressure was 95 psi and it should’ve been 55 they adjusted the pressure down to 55, and said they would not fix it.

Everytime I call no one knows anything. Managers say they will call you back in a hour or 2 and never respond. I needed a new appliance and was put off for weeks. I have spent over $2,000 on new appliances because they can't get there stuff together. I never seem to have a good experience with them.

It took more than 3 weeks to get someone to fix my dishwasher, while I was telling repeatedly that the floor in the bathroom is all in water. So the floor ended up messed up and ahs did nothing to help me fix it. I’m done with this company.

I have been without a refrigerator since November! Your repairman has been out 3 times and I am still waiting on parts as of today, January 26!! It is difficult to function without a refrigerator this long. I am very dissatisfied!

Because my water heater (which you installed three years ago) was covered under the manufacturer's warranty, I was required to drive 45 minutes each way to pick up the new water heater. Then I was required to pay the plumber to install it. Just take care of your customers, please!

We’ve been with AHS for over 4 years and we’ve had our ups and downs. Most recently we had a contractor come out intoxicated and refusing to finish the work. When trying to let the representatives know and understand, it was fighting tooth and nail. A representative even hung up on me. I was very disappointed in the service.
