I think the lack of coverage is hidden behind vague verbiage with the contact. Most contractors I had assigned were trying to uncharge me. I would never renew this contract.

Their appliance repair vendors are too slow. It took 2 months for my dishwasher and I am still waiting for an ice maker to be fixed. It has been 6 weeks. AHS approved the repair but it has not been done

The most corrupt and questionable ethics of any company I have ever dealt with. They take your money and then forces their vendors to write up false appraisals to deny payments for things they claim they pay for. Borderline illegal business practices

Vendor communication and reliability was rough on my first request. On the second, they rejected the claim without even coming out but still took my money. Decided I'll be better off saving the money I wasted with them on a repair fund, and I expect you will too.

I really want to give them 0 STARS! They did not meet my expectations on the basics: communication, follow-up, getting my problem solved and sense of urgency. I'm a new home owner and WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THESE GUYS WITH YOUR BUSINESS! I'd rather pay a bit more money for a peace of mind.

Depending on the service you needed, AHS could be good or bad. In my experience, plumbing repair was excellent, kitchen appliance repair was good, air conditioning was bad.

This company sucks! I have not had a working oven since Sept 2022 and have had so many service calls i have lost count. Now i have a new oven sitting in my dining room, no oven in my kitchen and have had no attempt to contact me to do what is necessary to install my new oven. Terrible customer service.

I purchased this warranty as a new homebuyer--they didn't mention that they won't cover my dishwasher because it's portable and not built it. The website mentions nothing of it either--BE SURE TO READ THE FINE PRINT.

It seems they find any way to not repair the problem. They would not fix a leaky bathroom faucet that was 17 years old and told me that my water pressure was 95 psi and it should’ve been 55 they adjusted the pressure down to 55, and said they would not fix it.

Everytime I call no one knows anything. Managers say they will call you back in a hour or 2 and never respond. I needed a new appliance and was put off for weeks. I have spent over $2,000 on new appliances because they can't get there stuff together. I never seem to have a good experience with them.

It took more than 3 weeks to get someone to fix my dishwasher, while I was telling repeatedly that the floor in the bathroom is all in water. So the floor ended up messed up and ahs did nothing to help me fix it. I’m done with this company.

I have been without a refrigerator since November! Your repairman has been out 3 times and I am still waiting on parts as of today, January 26!! It is difficult to function without a refrigerator this long. I am very dissatisfied!
