Time consuming trying to get someone on the phone. Too many phone numbers and buttons to push in the automated system. I purchased the 3x3 plan and read all parts and components covered. All parts and components ARE NOT COVERED.

So on day 8 no heat in February found out they have no intention of covering. I switched to this coverage from Choice Warranty to have professional tech on the job only to have the one who came to my house lie about my furnace and situation to get out of fixing it I guess

Aweful company. Have had bad experiences both with getting my ice maker and dishwasher fixed. Dishwasher took over 2 months to get fixed. Ice maker has been in the process of getting fixed since December 26. Contractors I have dealt with were extremely unprofessional. I would not reccomend this company.

Don't waste your money and time with this company. A lot of stipulations and they are always having a clause why a claim cannot be covered. The contractors they assign take days to come and and they are limited on what they can do.

This company sucks it’s all about denying denying denying your claim and charge it $125 service charge so they don’t come out of their pocket , finding codes that wouldn’t matter working very close with the contractor together try to get and investigate all kind of information to use it against you to deny your claim.

Better go over their contract with a fine tooth comb. Have had AHS for 2 years, filed 3 claims in 2 years and ALWAYS had to pay out of pocket on top of their "service fee". The terms, conditions, and definitions of repair are very broad. They hide behind it.

I paid extra for my septic system to be covered. A piece on my septic system broke. They sent three plumbers out. The 2nd two had never worked one septic system before. I still haven’t had anyone follow up with me about it. People at the call center. Don’t understand houses or repairs. They just read the notes. Very frustrating.

When you submit a request they state that everything is NOT repairable so they don't actually have to fix anything. Each time they pass you around department to department when you get answers and then finally say their systems are down and they will call back. It's a ping pong game of representatives and they don't want to do the work.

Have had good luck in the past but current issue is still unresolved. Day 4 and counting. Kitchen sink stoppage took 3 days to get contractor. Drain still stopped up, now leaking into the (finished) basement. Ceiling, wall and carpet all damaged now. Unreal!

Bad Experience on 1st time service call. My A/C unit was throwing warm air and AHS sent a Technician from Sal S's Temprite Heating & Cooling, the technician came and said in his invoice "found leak in Evap Coil unrepairable" It is a RF410a unit and the coil can be replaced. AHS rejected my claim and said there is no coverage.

The longer you have the policy; the worse the service is. I am having AC issues and they have supported a vendor that is trying to screw me by charging me for a bunch of non covered items that the second opinion said that I did not need. So, I paid the service fee twice as the BIG issue is the same.

I would give them a zero if I could. Our dishwasher problem was reported to them 8/12/19 and tomorrow is 10/1/19. Needless to say the dishwasher is still not working. They say the parts are backordered so we have to wait until they come in. Who knows when that will be!! They did offer a $108 settlement towards a new one. What a scam!!!

I had a horrible experience in getting a hot water heater replaced. I was without running hot water for a month. I ended up paying 1100 dollars to get the hot water heater replaced plus the service fee. Now, I am trying to cancel my warranty and am now being threatened with being turned over to a collection agency. DO NOT use this company.

Every time I would call for service, they would not repair the item because it was not normal wear and tear. I had other technicians out that disagreed with their assessments, but they only used vendors on their list (I wonder why?) This company is a scam and I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

Worst service by any company I've ever experienced ! They will make any excuse, if you are lucky to get a call back, so they won't have to fix anything. My air conditioning broke. I live in Florida and i was told minimum three days for a repair person to come out. I explained this is unacceptable due to the heat. I also told them if you can't help me cancel my policy. I was put on hold and told can't help bad did cancel the policy. I'm out 367.00 dollars for repairs. Can't believe this.
