Horrible experience! They’ve been taking my premiums for 5 years. I had a small water leak and they denied my claim stating my home’s water pressure exceeds 80psi. Nowhere in their agreement or contract does it state I need my home to have water pressure under 80 psi. Stay away - choose another company

Let's start with the customer service is terrible. This warranty was $600 for the year and they sent a Electric company's out over a week later that didn't fix my outlet which is covered he's telling me it's not so I paid $125 for a company to come out just to not fix my fully issue this is crazy i want my money back

Worst home warranty company I have ever had, and the sales people lie about whats covered vs. whats not in there Gold and Platinum plans when selling them to you. Plan to cancel ASAP, can barely understand the customer service team. They have no clue what they are doing.

Just had serviceman leave. He was excellent----but AHS would only authorize $10 per pound for freon, the out of pocket cost to us would be $460 to repair ac unit. What a crock of dodo!!! I pay $89 per month (approx $1000 per year) for coverage.... and they jerk me around like this. Taking my business elsewhere---fast !!!
