This company is a total scam. Technicians don't fix problems. You call the company they are polite but do not resolve problems. I gave up and paid out of pocket. This is total racket with the Realtors. NO ONE SHOULD USE THEM TO SELL A HOUSE AND NO BUYER SHOULD CARE.

Both times that I have needed service, things have not gone well. No matter how many times I called and asked to speak to a supervisor, I get the runaround. Let’s just say after my contract is up I probably won’t stay.

Have had good luck in the past but current issue is still unresolved. Day 4 and counting. Kitchen sink stoppage took 3 days to get contractor. Drain still stopped up, now leaking into the (finished) basement. Ceiling, wall and carpet all damaged now. Unreal!

Bad Experience on 1st time service call. My A/C unit was throwing warm air and AHS sent a Technician from Sal S's Temprite Heating & Cooling, the technician came and said in his invoice "found leak in Evap Coil unrepairable" It is a RF410a unit and the coil can be replaced. AHS rejected my claim and said there is no coverage.

Zero stars. WORST customer service from off-shore call center. Contractors they send out try to extort money for “uncovered” parts and then refuse to do the job. Can not ever talk to anyone. Awful Awful Awful Wish zero was an option

Rip off, Rip Off, Rip Off, They charge the premium upfront, then make you pay a $100.00 service so someone can come out and tell you that you appliance is too old and not covered. The refuse to refund my premium that would have paid for a replacement appliance . Please do not use these people

The longer you have the policy; the worse the service is. I am having AC issues and they have supported a vendor that is trying to screw me by charging me for a bunch of non covered items that the second opinion said that I did not need. So, I paid the service fee twice as the BIG issue is the same.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star to this company. This company is just good at scamming people rather providing good service. I cancelled my policy still company took the money for that month besides they were also asking me to pay the admin fees.

I would give them a zero if I could. Our dishwasher problem was reported to them 8/12/19 and tomorrow is 10/1/19. Needless to say the dishwasher is still not working. They say the parts are backordered so we have to wait until they come in. Who knows when that will be!! They did offer a $108 settlement towards a new one. What a scam!!!

I had a horrible experience in getting a hot water heater replaced. I was without running hot water for a month. I ended up paying 1100 dollars to get the hot water heater replaced plus the service fee. Now, I am trying to cancel my warranty and am now being threatened with being turned over to a collection agency. DO NOT use this company.

Every time I would call for service, they would not repair the item because it was not normal wear and tear. I had other technicians out that disagreed with their assessments, but they only used vendors on their list (I wonder why?) This company is a scam and I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

Worst service by any company I've ever experienced ! They will make any excuse, if you are lucky to get a call back, so they won't have to fix anything. Most of the time you will spend countless minutes and days on the phone trying to get answers which you won't. Be smart and consider different company or you will regret it !!!

My air conditioning broke. I live in Florida and i was told minimum three days for a repair person to come out. I explained this is unacceptable due to the heat. I also told them if you can't help me cancel my policy. I was put on hold and told can't help bad did cancel the policy. I'm out 367.00 dollars for repairs. Can't believe this.

This warranty covers everything except things that break. They take no responsibility for anything. I got it as a result of a purchase of our new home and would never recommend it to anyone. Get a good list of contractors and save the money you spend for home repairs. AHS is not a good company. Rep was rude on the phone.

Horrible company. They make up reasons to deny claims. They interpret their service people's reports to their benefit. They denied my claim stating it was not normal wear and tear. It was for a pool heater. How exactly does not "abuse" or "misuse" a pool heater??? You can't...unless of course your purposely damage it. They are a by scam.

What a disappointment! Our claim was denied as a "pre existing" condition and therefore, not covered. The representative had a strong accent and was difficult to understand. Crazy excuses were given to me in addition to the pre-existing excuses... Years ago this company was so much better ~ now it is completely horrible.

I currently have 2 open service calls, both now 3 weeks, fridge is not cooling and water heater is broken. Multiple people have come to fix it and still broken. AHS keeps sending different people. At what point can we say its broken an replace? My kids can't keep taking cold showers and we can't use a coleman forever.

Hours after Nick came out my unit blew up. Nick then came back out and said that fire was caused by a power surge. I reached out to Georgia power as well as my neighbors and. I one had a power surge. Georgia power has no record of a power surge on the day of the incident. It is July 22nd and I have been without air for weeks
