AHS is a scam, save your money. Go with a different company. My dishwasher has been leaking for over a month, the cabinets are wet and baseboard below dishwasher is wet. All these need to be replaced. I will also get mold problems soon. And everyday I call AHS and I get the same excuse that I have to wait.

On 3 May I called to fix my A/C but AHS didn't do anything at all. I ended up paying $1,000 for lodging and ended up paying $7,500 for a new unit. Plus the $75 AHS fee + $511 for freon that it wasn't need it = a total of $8,086 that paid and AHS paid 0 nor assisted me at all.

The whole process is unacceptable to me. This process started May 11, 2022 and I’m still seating here in eighty degree weather with no AC. Now, the company R & W has had replacement parts for two days. So now, Maybe he can install it tomorrow after nine days.

Opened an AC Tune up request. Company assigned lied about us accepting a rescheduled date. Waited over a week. Requested change of company, didn’t want to deal with dishonest company. By then the Service for AC Tune up was no longer offered. Terrible service.

This is the worst experience ever! I've had a claim since 2/23/2022 to fix dryer. I've had cancelations & no shows & dryer still not fixed. No one will help me, I need help to get this resolved now. I've paid faithly for 2.5 years ! I'm begging to please fix my dryer 😞😓😭

Stay AWAY!!! This company has the worst service in the world. Complete theft. Their policies are to keep billing you even when you sell your home and cancel. Then they tell you they can't do anything about refunding the money. They Keep auto-drafting because it's their policy. DO NOT GET American Home Shield.

AHS simply refused to repair the sewer toilet pipe that was damaged due to the normal wear and tear for over 20 years (home was build in 1996), they charged me $75 for 2 times for the plumber who just came and observed the pipe and did nothing

did not want to rate them, but it is asking me to. have been getting the run around since November 2021 and stove and dishwasher still in not fixed and it is 2/2022. Customer service is not consist with notes, contacting customers, or even communication among themselves. no resolution other than still waiting for approval or for parts. smh

I was literally hung up on. I have no heat. It’s February. Although repairing my furniture requires a “modification,” AHS won’t pay this cost because they don’t pay for modifications. Don’t fall for the “$75 repair” scam.

Terrible company that doesn't get anything done. I'm waiting over 8 weeks for a new A/C unit. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks. They never call back and very rarely speak English. Also work from home with chickens in the background. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

We have had a very bad experience with AHS. We have been customers since 2007; however, we have been dealing with a broken central AC unit for 2 months now. AHS has delayed approving an independent contractor since there are only 2 approved contractors in my area in NH. We will be filing a complaint with the state of NH insurance department.

DO NOT USE! They will tell you a request will be covered and the technician they send out will not fix it. They will scam you out of your deductible and still leave you with the repair. You are better off calling a repair service yourself rather than getting scammed by this company.

Probably the worst customer service. Their strategy appears to be how to not do service while collecting your money. It is amazing how bad they are at their job. I think they spend more on marketing than actually helping their customers to drown out how bad they really are. Stay away!!!!

Customer for over 25 years, but can't get a refrigerator repaired. Needs same water line repair for 3 months with leak on kitchen floor. Technicians out to repair 7 times with same result. Not fixed and still leaking. AHS will not consider replacing the unit. I have to have half my wooden floor replaced because of the leak that no one can fix.

Terrible. AC went out EIGHT weeks ago, and they have yet to resolve the issue. They don’t return calls, or communicate, and their contractor of choice is even worse The temperature had been 100-115 for weeks, and they don’t even care! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

I pay $50 per month and paid an extra $100 for someone to look at my washing machine. Sears was supposed to show up between 12 and 4 pm yesterday and they never showed up. No one called. They sent seven text messages with links that did not work (my phone works fine) and rescheduled for 2 1/2 weeks from today! This has been a nightmare.

The worst experience ever. We had it for one year. Had a horrible experience with a heater that needed to replaced, the contractors sent to our home were the worst and we filled complaints but nothing was solved for us. $1560 out of our pocket later and the most irresponsible customer service ever, we had it and canceled our policy for good.

Refrigerator claim 8/8/20. I had to do myself they didn’t fix it. Dishwasher claim 12/21/20 still not fixed. 2/6/21 water heater still no hot water in 6 degree weather. Filed a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Affairs. $1038 gone + another $500 to plumber for things not covered if it ever gets fixed.

Took 4 months to try to fix my fridge. Then closed the service request without fixing it. No email support offered. No chat support offered, you need to call in every time. Refused to let me talk to a manager when calling in. More than happy to have an endless string of ongoing repairs, will never admit that the entire unit needs to be replaced.

I have over 2500 sq ft home with a 80 gallon hot water tank. AHS will only replace a my 80 gal with a 50 gal . It is going on 2 weeks waiting on customer service to provide details and compensation for the difference. Old tank is not repairable and now we are stuck waiting on AHS.

Ahs is one of the worse warranty company, their customer service agents are one of the worst and poorly trained and rude staff, it’s bad enough majority of them are in India or Asia somewhere. The service company they send to you are usually the worse service company representatives.

waiting on call over 3 hours , AHS don't call back , AHS will make it impossible for you to replace essential appliance like oven or stove... AHS ask to take the oven and stove for 5 weeks to repair . stating 5 weeks without oven and stove will force you to buy one.....
