Well they paid for replacement of house hold item, but the you the costumer will have to pay the reminder of the replacement bill. It's feels that you are working with a auto mobile warranty, they paid for the park of the out plus you end up paying for labor and extra part.

I have been with them for approx. 10 years and have had a good experience most of that time. But I do not like there new policy of having to do a video! Why should I do that when I pay a monthly fee for the insurance and then pay $110 for the service call?

I would rather have a different way to purchase an appliance rather then being given a gift card for Lowe's. I am having a difficult time getting an appliance from them. I have been rescheduled or the appliance is not available. I would rather be given a Visa card instead.

Rating of a three because when it comes to heating and air conditioning companies the ratings the companies get is a 1.5 to 2.5 out of 5. We have had several issues over the last year with our air conditioning unit and do not necessarily believe the 2 companies they have sent out to do the service really have do that much to resolve an issue. We have had to have them come back out for the same problem several times.

Well AHS did send someone to fix my plumbing issue but the people that came stated they need to order a part that will take a couple of days but it has been three weeks and follow up from AHS or the plumber that they provided, I reached out to the plumber and left a voicemail but have not received a call back and when I contacted AHS was indicated that my service request was closed but i'm still having issues

All in all a reliable company, but 3 days for a water heater replacement is below standard in my book Hot water is essential. I have been paying premiums for years and would expect next day replacement. To make matters worse, I lost wages because I was told my water heater would be replaced on Friday. It wasn't.

the automated attendant is worthless, esp. if your issue is not in the prompts, and it takes forever to reach a real person; those who do answer the phone are very hard to understand - reshore it back to the USA. We have an HVAC problem at our beach house and it appears that nothing will be done until the unit dies in the very near future - very frustrating.

I have been a customer of American Home Shield for several years and during that time have had few instances in which I needed their assistance. This year, I had the air conditioner go out and needed a new evaporator coil. I paid my $75 required to start the process and ended up paying the compay that did the repair work another $2,300 and to this day, have no idea what American Home Shield paid. I have been very disappointed that American Home Shield never broke out the costs for the repairs; that is, what they paid and why I incurred such a high cost.

Can't for the life of me get my ice machine fixed. The company used has flaked several times and not shown up. The reps at AHS that I speak to keep telling me to call them. They don't return my call. I can't tell you how much of my time has been spent trying to get hep from AHS and trying to get a hold of the appliance company. Frustrating. Nobody has the drive to resolve this issue.

CNC is the contractor, the first visit was a no call no show. The second they didn't do anything as they needed to submit a quote to American Shield. The knobs on my stove fell off on the clock, I cannot use the clock or oven cleaning. Not covered. When I had my hot water heater replaced it cost much more than I expected for "parts not covered". I have the Top coverage where all parts and labor are covered.. not so! I've been with AHS so long it's silly for me to quit now. My appliances are 30-40 years old.

It's been almost a month and the contractor company has not completed the repair. I had to contact them to schedule them to come out because they didn't reach out. They said the business was really busy. I understood and scheduled the appointment. The tech came out to assess, but didn't have a part that was needed to complete the repair. He stated it could take up to two weeks to receive the part, and that they would reach out. I called after 3 weeks and I was told that they had the part however, they weren't scheduling until later on the in the evening. Three days later, I am still waiting. I will have to give them a call again. Needles to say I am very disappointed.

I wish people would answer the phone and/or that the service tickets are always closed out. 1 of my original tickets was not properly closed, so the system would not let me request a recall, this caused a week 2-3 week delay in getting our AC unit properly diagnosed and on its way to being fixed, we are into week 3 now.

They are quick to get a company to fix your appliance which is great. It would be better though if we could see how much we saved per visit. For example, an invoice showing this is what you would pay without AHS. This would prove value and would help AHS attract new and retain current customers

The problem is with your appliance contractors. I'm in my 3rd week without a dryer. It took a week for the 1st assessment. It took 6 days for them to reply about the parts bring ordered. Now I have to wait another week July 1st to repair & do the job. It's ridiculous to wait this long. AHS... definitely needs more than ONE appliance company to repair for all your customers to be serviced during the summer months.

Your wait time has decreased so that's good, but there are still too many musunderstandings, like I'm told I'll be called back and I have to call several times to get an answer. When things happen that your initial associate can't answer I want someone who can, not another promise to be called back.

I keep getting optimum appliances as my contractor. Anthony F super glued a part together on my ice maker so it asked a little over a month before I had to request another. He said the dishwasher was off balance and rolled the feet down but never checked to see if it was level. It ran once and then quit again. Now he won't even answer his emails, text or phone calls to come back again.

I have not received an approved $808.30 reimbursement for the dishwasher that was installed on February 10, but no reimbursement has been received. I have been in touch with the Cash Out department several times with no clear answers . Today I was told that the request to issue the check had never been submitted to Accounting, so they would submit it today and it will take another 21 days. Please find out what the problem is ASAP. $808.35 is a lot of money! It has now been over 4 months and I was originally told it would take only 21 days.

ABM came to my home to check out my oven that had cough fire. He never called before he arrived Eric was in my home 6 minutes took 3 pictures of my oven and said he will order the parts. I asked him to check the computer panel to see if it works or was damaged by the fire. Without checking it he said it was fine and left. I took the panel off and you can see it was burn . I called AHS and the rep. Said the repair man is a professional and knows what he is doing. I beg to differ. I called ABM told them what happened and they said they will talk to Eric and call me back. They never did.

My toilet still does not work properly 4 visit from repair guys and asked to speak to a supervisor it took 3 days for that a supervisor to call me and then I couldn't answer the phone cuz it was when I was working and they called three more times all at the same hour of the day and so I couldn't answer cuz I was working you would think they would try a different time of day and try and call so they're batting zero with me I only gave him a two because the older toilet the one toilet did get replace and it works beautifully but when the two don't work the same they're still issue with the other somebody needs to fix it

because my ac went out and I had to pay $2,035.00 while AHS only paid $450.00 per the company that did the installment, then I called AHS on 6/21 to find out about an buy out said I would hear back 24/48 hours today is 6/25 still haven't heard back. AHS is quick to take my money I called to setup a cooling system check May 30 the company they assigned to me duleeme never once called or email I called the company 3 times before they would even give me an appt. for July but AHS has already taken my money for this service, then I get my new contract and AHS is going up. JKT Mechanical did a gret job installing my furnace 5 stars to Christian/Tech and Dalton C/Installer schedule
