They are quick to get a company to fix your appliance which is great. It would be better though if we could see how much we saved per visit. For example, an invoice showing this is what you would pay without AHS. This would prove value and would help AHS attract new and retain current customers

I wish people would answer the phone and/or that the service tickets are always closed out. 1 of my original tickets was not properly closed, so the system would not let me request a recall, this caused a week 2-3 week delay in getting our AC unit properly diagnosed and on its way to being fixed, we are into week 3 now.

I have not received an approved $808.30 reimbursement for the dishwasher that was installed on February 10, but no reimbursement has been received. I have been in touch with the Cash Out department several times with no clear answers . Today I was told that the request to issue the check had never been submitted to Accounting, so they would submit it today and it will take another 21 days. Please find out what the problem is ASAP. $808.35 is a lot of money! It has now been over 4 months and I was originally told it would take only 21 days.

The problem is with your appliance contractors. I'm in my 3rd week without a dryer. It took a week for the 1st assessment. It took 6 days for them to reply about the parts bring ordered. Now I have to wait another week July 1st to repair & do the job. It's ridiculous to wait this long. AHS... definitely needs more than ONE appliance company to repair for all your customers to be serviced during the summer months.

I keep getting optimum appliances as my contractor. Anthony F super glued a part together on my ice maker so it asked a little over a month before I had to request another. He said the dishwasher was off balance and rolled the feet down but never checked to see if it was level. It ran once and then quit again. Now he won't even answer his emails, text or phone calls to come back again.

I've been with AHS since 2014 so there are too many bad experiences to count. Your wait time has decreased so that's good, but there are still too many musunderstandings, like I'm told I'll be called back and I have to call several times to get an answer. When things happen that your initial associate can't answer I want someone who can, not another promise to be called back.

My toilet still does not work properly 4 visit from repair guys and asked to speak to a supervisor it took 3 days for that a supervisor to call me and then I couldn't answer the phone cuz it was when I was working and they called three more times all at the same hour of the day and so I couldn't answer cuz I was working you would think they would try a different time of day and try and call so they're batting zero with me I only gave him a two because the older toilet the one toilet did get replace and it works beautifully but when the two don't work the same they're still issue with the other somebody needs to fix it

ABM came to my home to check out my oven that had cough fire. He never called before he arrived Eric was in my home 6 minutes took 3 pictures of my oven and said he will order the parts. I asked him to check the computer panel to see if it works or was damaged by the fire. Without checking it he said it was fine and left. I took the panel off and you can see it was burn . I called AHS and the rep. Said the repair man is a professional and knows what he is doing. I beg to differ. I called ABM told them what happened and they said they will talk to Eric and call me back. They never did.

because my ac went out and I had to pay $2,035.00 while AHS only paid $450.00 per the company that did the installment, then I called AHS on 6/21 to find out about an buy out said I would hear back 24/48 hours today is 6/25 still haven't heard back. AHS is quick to take my money I called to setup a cooling system check May 30 the company they assigned to me duleeme never once called or email I called the company 3 times before they would even give me an appt. for July but AHS has already taken my money for this service, then I get my new contract and AHS is going up. JKT Mechanical did a gret job installing my furnace 5 stars to Christian/Tech and Dalton C/Installer schedule

The process could be smoother to authorize the additional out-of-pocket charges so that repair can be finished faster. There should also be a plan available to move to newer AC units so that the extra charges for coolant can be eventally eliminated.

I have used my warranty three times so far. I have used them for dishwasher and washer repair. These times my appliances were fixed in a timely manner. I'm April I paid to have an AC tune up. It has been two months and the company that was assigned still has not come. I have called AHS three times and they still have done nothing about it!

With AHS requesting service is very easy. Most service providers that have been assigned are very good. A few not so much. Overall, although we don't have to use AHS often (which is good) it's nice to have them there when the need does arise.

The online service request needs some updating. You should be able to put more than one service request in at a time. For example, I have 2 HVAC units and when they both go at the same time there is no option to specify that technician needs to look at both.

I also was not notified about the hvac tuneup being time sensitive until after I went back into the app to schedule it. I was later told that I ran out of time or was too late to do it. An electrical surge damaged one of three AC Networks (AC Unit, Thermostat and Furnace) located within 10 feet of each other. The very capable technician gave a diagnosis of a power surge but could not state exactly where the surge came from (whether it was external, like a lightning strike, or internal, like a malfunction of one of the appliances in the network.) The inspection was over a week and a half ago. AHS is trying to deny the claim because the technician was unable to definitively sight the source of surge (claiming it may have been lightning.) Despite all the indicators that point to the surge originating within the single AC network (neither of the other 2 systems have any problems nor any nearby electrical systems) they are claiming it was an act of God. I've spoken with representative on 3 occasions over the past week and a half and each time they first recommend sending out another tech to get a second opinion (at my cost) - to which I make it abundantly clear that a second opinion will, like the first, be unable to provide a definitive source of surge. Each of the representative's has agreed that given the condition a second opinion would be a waste of time. They have then told me they would escalate the claim and a higher representative would contact me within 48 hours. Though each representative has been very pleasant, I am frustrated by the tactic of delay used to leverage my discomfort (no AC) in hopes that I might give up and accept their denial. I've found this delay tactice is common with AHS as I've had a similar experience with a waterheater and I find it very manipulative.

The expectation was to have a reasonable level of protection for our home that would mitigate the costs of repair. Our reality was that for smaller things such as our dryer, the service charge was reasonable, but when we had an issue with the water heater (a bigger item) we found the "fine print" would result in a huge cost. The cost was so high that we went ahead and replaced it ourselves" and are still being expected to provide a "professional" invoice for the service in order to receive any small ("below wholesale cost") compensation for the cost of the heater purchased from a local retail store. I find this disingenuous and not a "piece of mind" as advertised in the numerous daily ads I get from AHS. Given this set of experiences, we will be canceling our plan once we receive the cash-out offer for the water heater.

Very poor customer over the phone service. Representatives are hard to understand and appear to only respond to a script before them. I called several times trying to address a situation I was having with my micro wave only to be put on extensive holds and later having the representative unable to answer my question. Once I was told I would receive an answer in a follow up e-mail which never appeared. I am questioniny how legit AHS really is and if I am being taken advantage of when I encounter a problem and am unable to get past a very poor speaking and uninformed representative without any other opportunities to have my issue properly addressed.

Covered most of our problems. Contractor stated that AHS will claim that functional problems are cosmetic and possibly not cover them so we should pick and choose what we have repaired/replaced. A little of hassle but otherwise ok experience.

Thus far the service has been great. I unexpectedly had an $800 bill to replace the evap coil in my AC unit. Plus the service person dropped the washer down the drain when he repaired the faucet and said it didn't matter. The water splashes when turned on.

In February 2022 our ejector pump failed and we (had) a finished fully carpeted basement. I contacted AHS and told them water was still coming in and there was a bedroom right next to where this happening. They didn't think this was a real emergency so they had someone come out 2-3 days later. It's now June and I ended up having to have my whole basement basically taken apart because of the damage done to my walls all the wet flooring , clothes, furniture. Thank goodness I had insurance, I don't mean AHS.

I kept getting numbers that were answered outside the USA with people who're very difficult to understand. they would say they set up andaopt. with a company, and the company never called. when I called that compan they said they were never contacted with a work order. ON one of those called the man had me take a picture of my fridge and show the vin number. he then took over my phone and tried to get other information. I then hung up. He kept calling backend sending voice messages, which I ignored. Finally, I check my local phone book to get the office here in Myrtle beach, where it was quickly resolved. Very frustrating

Discrepancies between what I was originally told by AHS re recent vendor's estimate and what vendor told me. Decided not to use vendor and not proceed with problem through AHS at this time. Other experiences with AHS have been ok.

Took several phone calls to clear up a charge on my account. Wasn't my fault. But then wasn't allowed to put in a order for repair until it was cleared up. Then when when furnace was checked. Switch was turned off by tech and I didn't have ac for 2 days. They were too busy to come back to see why I didn't have ac when I had no issue with it until they checked on heat problem.
