Not yet. AHS should have a section to help homeowner through your process when a job is not completed. We are unable to communicate to any live person. When we finally do they tell we have to get another person out to do something else, at our expense, before the job can be completed. Not all of your consumer to are computer literate and find it difficult to navigate your website. You need to rethink your customer service.
