I first heard about America shield on TV commercials and I said you know give him a try so I got American home shield and two minutes two months later my wife and she went out I called American home shield and they set up a representative to come out and check on my washing machine so he couldn't fix it they gave me a new one that service fee didn't mean nothing compared to a brand new washing machine they stand by their word.

Reps are difficult to deal with or understand. Why don't you have any US reps? Also it is hard to get claims resolved.

They sent a service person to take care of the issue. He could not fix it. They still charged me $100 for him having come out. I still have a problem.
