Initial service request was very easy. However after the assessment, no one contacted me to start process of selecting appliance replacement. I had to call multiple times bc I couldn't stay on hold over 45min each time.

Replacement parts are off brand. I had a new AC compressor replaced 2 weeks ago. Already went bad, and itâ€™s super hot outside. Takes too long to get the part as well.
