I WAS ON HOLD FOR 1.5 HOURS AND IT WAS AN EMERGENCY. MY HOUSE WAS FLOODING. THE COMPANY YOU PICKED HAD ME GO WITHOUT WATER FOR 3 DAYS. I PAY YOU EVERY MONTH ON TIME AND THEN I HAVE TO PAY FOR SERVICE. WORST TIME EVER!!!!
