They don't care about your property being destroyed. I paid a total of$ 250.00 for repairs to be done on my washing machine. America home shield took my money and got no repairs done to my washing machine.

After 16 years with them they raised my rates from $62 a month to $109 a month as I 'used them too many times.' Wow! So I dropped them. Potential customers should be aware of this.
