We had a pipe leak. The plumbers had to cut a hole in the ceiling of the unit below us. The leak was fixed and then a drywaller was to be assigned. No one has ever called us back for 2 weeks. Very disappointing.

Long wait times. Reviews on FB and Nextdoor app keep warning me to get rid of American Home Shield because they changed the contract and are no longer replacing AC units when they go out.
