Contractor did not complete the work. When called AHS lady gave me attitude and stated I have to wait for 24-48 hour report before having someone come back, it's been a week now still nothing.

American Home Shield wanted be to pay $4,000 do they can repair a 40 year old system. I tried to tell them I could buy a new system for $4000. Instead I asked for cash and they gave me $900. I cancelled my policy.
