I called like about 2 weeks to get a technician and each representative said” we will get back to you, they were about 13 representatives been called and lastly I got the technician after 13 business days when I shouted out for a supervisor to complain. Also, I paid every single penny out off my pocket to the plumber company. Also, they don't care about my safety because I said it's a safety issue and I have kids at home and my water heater is leaking. And I don't know how to turn it off. And no body care, they just said "oh no sorry for that we will reach out and we will call you back 24:48 hrs" which is the worst thing I ever had. I wish I could give them less than 1 star but the system won't allow me.
