They use bad contractors and make it difficult for you to switch. The customer svc reps are hard to understand and trained to stick to a script. You can never talk to a Supervisor or get a call back.

Terrible customer service. They still haven't helped to resolve my issue after calling back for months. Service techs are hit or miss. One guy actually made my problem worse so I had to pay for another repairman on my own
