They use bad contractors and make it difficult for you to switch. The customer svc reps are hard to understand and trained to stick to a script. You can never talk to a Supervisor or get a call back.

They say they offer a wide range of coverage, but if you do get lucky enough to get assigned a contractor in a respectable amount of time, odds are they will find a reason not to cover your issue.
