Have to pay the trades their fee regardless of if they fix the problem or not. Often takes several days to have someone come out to address your problems.

Never got my air conditioning fixed by your service people. After tons of calls and time spent 320.00 later I still didn't have a working air conditioner. Service was scheduled then AHS would cancel Service call.

They charged $75 sent technician to the house. The technician charged $185 to fix the faucet, he said it wasn't covered under warranty. If so then why send technician and charge $75 deductible?

Never did replace my Air Conditioning. Never sent information that they said. I spent 3 weeks without Air conditioning in Florida with the temperatures over 90 degrees everday

They never replace any equipment they will try and repair it 5 times instead of replacing the item. Frustrating, they take your money every month, but never replace the item.
