Did not order the parts for over 3 weeks. We need an AC replacement, AHS approved it, but did not order the parts for 3 weeks, during a heatwave. It took me calling them multiple times just to order everything.

Never got my air conditioning fixed by your service people. After tons of calls and time spent 320.00 later I still didn't have a working air conditioner. Service was scheduled then AHS would cancel Service call.

They charged $75 sent technician to the house. The technician charged $185 to fix the faucet, he said it wasn't covered under warranty. If so then why send technician and charge $75 deductible?
