American Home Shield finds any excuse necessary not to cover something. If you have a leak you have to let it leak until their contractor comes, you cannot try to mitigate until help arrives.

You pay for someone to come out to look at what is wrong and when they tell you, the home warranty finds a way to get out of paying for it. So what is the home warranty good for if they find a way out of paying.

Have had an open case for about 8 weeks for a stove that does not work. AHS will not work with us. Several very long phone calls later, we are without a stove and all AHS can say is wait to see if repair company responds
