Horrible experience! They’ve been taking my premiums for 5 years. I had a small water leak and they denied my claim stating my home’s water pressure exceeds 80psi. Nowhere in their agreement or contract does it state I need my home to have water pressure under 80 psi. Stay away - choose another company

The problem is no one in my area will deal with this company when something breakdown. I have to hire outside help and pay out of pocket. I would love to get out of my contract with this company but unfortunately I’ll be paying a fee to them for 7 more months for nothing.

I have American Home Shield now but I have no information from them ,I pay every month but I never received any information from them, how to get a hold of them if I need anything, no phone number to call, where they are at, I just pay and I don’t know them no paperwork nothing.
