Their customer service is extremely poor. Hard to get through to a representative and when you do, it's someone whose first language is not English. Difficult to communicate.

It took over one week to get by HVAC repaired. I had to call 5 times to get an update. American Home Shield needs to be more involved with updating the customers on what is going on with their repair. All of their repair companies have low ratings.
