You cannot reach anyone by phone. I called 10 different days and time of day and only got through 1btime after waiting on hold for 1 and 1/2 hours. Same pool people came out twice and never fixed the problem. And my $100 dollars for service call never returned. Now I have paid another $100 to have someone else to come out for same problem.

I was told my washer was going to be fixed and was waiting on parts. Then my status changed two weeks later to being eligible for a new washer and call HSA. I called and was on hold for over 5.5 hours for support. The entire process was a nightmare and it's been over 3 weeks without a washer.

You can never get ahold of someone on the phone. They have been working on my hot water heater repairs for a month. I can not get any answers from them and my heater has been leaking water for 4 weeks and still not fixed.

Difficult to reach by phone, contractors read orders as narrowly as possible to nickel and dime copays, calls routinely disconnect and AHS will not call back. Contractors will leave a job half finished and leave if they feel the AHS order was not specific enough.

They will send out a technician to repair an appliance multiple times, while charging a $75 service charge every time, when they should just replace it. That happened to us with our air conditioning unit. It had a Freon leak, and for that reason alone it should have been replaced! But they just kept sending technicians out to refill.

They have the absolute worst customer service! I would NEVER EVER suggest or recommend this company to my worst enemy. Every time we call we have to wait an hour then end up getting disconnected. They never call back when they way they will and we are still stuck with issues with our A/C and damaged kitchen ceiling!!!!
