They left me with a broken furnace for 45 days. They would not help me resolve the issue and I ended up needing to call and pay for my own repair. All of this and I can't get a call back from the person in the escalations department that was supposed to be helping me

Service is awful the phone customer support is awful and when you pay very high monthly dues and when you need something repair or replaced you end up paying more. The whole program is awful and would not recommend to anyone

Service fee is too high and sometimes it takes them too long to find a contractor to resolve the issue. I often find have difficulty understanding the support staff because they appear to be foreigners answering the calls.

If we have a problem, it rarely gets fixed. the first time. We end up paying for several visits for the same problem. It takes a VERY long time to get service. We are so dissatisfied that we are looking into other companies. We still have two issues that have never been fixed. .

I've been waiting for a microwave for 3 months because mine couldn't be repaired. Trying to get a hold of someone to ask questions it's impossible. Then when you do they transfer me to someone else and they either don't know or hang up on you! What a joke. If there was a spot for a Zero Star I would of selected it. Absolutely worthless!

If I could I wouldn't give 1 star! The worst, my refrigerator wasn't working and after months of trying to fix with different appliance companies, never fixed!!! I was told that I was getting my service call fee money returned but that was also a LIE!! This company only takes your money and doesn't care about your situation!!!

The customer service is awful. The hold time on calls are 2 hours and then you are disconnected. You rarely get to speak to a live person or anyone here in the USA. The technicians they use are rude and are not who they say they are.

Run. Just run from this company. Eight weeks to replace two a washing machines is excessive. I chose not to take the cash option because it was considerably less than the replacement machines cost. They get one star because their people they employ do go above and beyond what they can do, something just falls apart once you hang up the phone.
