Don't like the 75 charge every time. They also have limits to what they will cover.. ex: fault replacement is only partial payment not whole price.

Know what you are paying for. AHS will do whatever it takes to NOT do the work. And they have deals with some of the worst subcontractors. So only get AHS as an insurance policy for disasters but don't expect quality service from them. They are also really hard to reach when you need to someone in their customer service department.

Because It took almost 1 month to resolve issue due to all 15 + employee I spoke with and did't do anything. They just took notes and let it sit there with nothing being done. I will only say that the last person knew excatly what to do and she even agree that ALL the previous emplyee didn't do nothing.

because i was charged a deductible, then told by the contractor my issue was not covered and then charged again by the contractor. It has been three days and american home shield was suppose to call me back. I get the same run round each time I call. No one speaks english, they are difficult to understand.

I have had a lot of trouble with AHS. I have to call repeatedly to get a serviceman out, have had to wait on hold for multiple hours. They promised to replace my dishwasher, then ordered the wrong one and are trying to charge me a $175 restocking fee for their mistake.

Service fee is too high and sometimes it takes them too long to find a contractor to resolve the issue. I often find have difficulty understanding the support staff because they appear to be foreigners answering the calls.
