Very poor customer service. I put in a request over two weeks ago and it’s still not resolved. I’ve spoken with a representative two or three times and each time it’s hard to understand them and there are chickens crowing in the background. It doesn’t inspire confidence in their competence.

Poor customer service, they use inadequate contractors who don’t know what they are doing. They charge you again if u call back in 31 days later for the same problem. They make the customer deal with the contractors instead of them making sure service call is properly completed
