Disappointed with customer service. I spoke with represenatives with American Home Shield and they had poor customer service. Very unhappy with the what's covered. Paid $75 fand nothing got fixed. Waste of time

My three year old covered refrigerator has had the main board replaced 4 times by 2 companies since May ‘20 with no success. Our family of six has endured a pandemic and the holidays with no refrigerator due to your refusal to honor the replacement guarantee.

AHS rep. could not confirm or definitely deny coverage for repair. Absolutely no follow up after service call. It’s now 21 days after service call and we still don’t know the status of our coverage , or if a repair is going to occur.

No contractor available in my area that works wit AHS Needed new compressor in heat pump. Noise so loud neighbors even complained but AHS said if not broken considered it working Replaced the unit out of our own pocket

Never finished contract for my double oven it has been over 4 months. Supposedly a cash Offer was made of around $300.00 They could not find a part. I am still without an oven. Every time I call I get a run around. This is ridiculous. Try getting me a double 30” oven & indd at talking it for $300. I will happily cancel my contract

Seems like nothing is covered. Not only you pay monthly fees, when they come to your house it’s another $75. When something is broken, you pretty much pay more than 50% of the cost.

My furnace went out on January 11 and it will be fixed on February 10 so we have been without heat for a month. When I called customer service I discovered that the entire service was outsourced and of little help because they do not have any authority to make decisions. They’re pleasant but unable to get answers for us.

AHS is trying to deny my claim for a water leak on my tankless water heater saying that it was a preexisting condition. I don't buy that excuse. It is leaking to normal wear and tear and contractor said it's non repairable and needs to be replace. I'm still fighting with AHS for them to approve my claim.
