Too expensive can get many services cheaper. E.g. rekey, plumber, etc. I had an emergency this weekend and was told it would be 24-48 hours before I got a response. Then I noticed AHS gave me a wrong number. Even Consumer Reports does NOT recommend this type of company. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, FOLKS!!

They suck, they replaced my water heater after failure charged me 100 service call then charged me another 400 in modifications for the plumber. Worst home warranty company ever. Of course I still had to pay for the damage caused by the failure

HVAC was "fixed" on 4/16/21. As of 5/9/21, not working again! Unit has been worked on 4 times in the past 2 years and is 16 years old, yet they keep putting expensive band-aids on it rather than replace it. I'm done spending money on this!!

They do not use top quality vendors. They take advantage of Senior Citizens and make them pay for most of the repairs. Customer service reps give people the run around and speak broken English.

I called to get fixed and they said its covered. I get a phone call from contract company it is not covered. I called AHS 3 times and 2 out of 3 said it was from Puerto Rico. The operators do not know how to do customer service when I called 2 out of 3 times saying it is covered and one was trying to make another work order.

My issue still hasn't been fixed after 3 visits .. they are not tightening the screws properly on the tank and its constantly leaking or they over tightening the screws and put a minor crack in my tank which means you are paying for a whole new toilet ..

The company - A US Air was sent to my home to do my AC work. Very unprofessional and I think they actually broke my compressor. The AHS rep that I spoke with didn’t really seem to care about their sub-par work of the fact that they left exposed wires and a hole in my sheet rock!
