I have been trying for a month to get someone out to service my AC. Dispatch keeps assigning the ticket to a company that doesn't service my area. I have called numerous times and explained this, to no avail. The next ticket I set up is to the same company again.

They cancelled my policy without authorization. Signed me up for a new one based off of removing a fee, then they didn't and now I paid double for something. They started a new policy then transferred me and I lost it. they didn't call me back to fix the issue.

They have only 1 contractor for most services. The 1 they sent th ol home wasn't very friendly. You can't talk to someone in the company, only service. Most aren't in the U S.

Dishonest business practices. Quick to charge for services that have not been disclosed with the customer. Technician writes up a report to customer that is different than the report that it submitted to the company. AHS representatives have no abilities to resolve issues that are brought before them that is not on their script.

They hire contractors who are unqualifed or dishonest. AHS tries to find any little excuse to deny claims or part of the claim so I end up paying for it despite having a warranty.
