Seemed great at first, upon notification that the original contractor sent out for my air could not complete it I have been waiting 3 weeks for them to actually accept the second contractor to complete the job. The heat here in the south is way to high for this level of negligence.

It took from March until June to get the furnace in...that was a long time to be without heat! They didn't call me and update me during the process...I called them and was told by AHS to contact the contractors to see if they got the furnace.

It's been more than 3 weeks my issue is not resolved, contractor says we need to pay out of pocket expenses and AHS says don't have to pay anything. I am in call with support for escalation for an hour still no one is answering. They are making me wait for so long and I will disconnect the call.

bad service and worst customer service. Customer service personnel does not make sufficient notes in system so I have to repeat the issue every time I call. There is no coordination between customer service, approval team and contractors. Contractors are rude and does not complete work.

Poor service as my air conditioner is not working, and this company wants me to wait from between 1-2 weeks for a technician to respond to my home to start the repair. Then they want to order parts, and it could be weeks before the a/c is working again. Obviously this is totally unacceptable to any rational person.

I'm usually at work 90% of the time so when I have an issue with my home, my wife deals with the providers that American home shield sends. In the past 4 months I've had 6 issues with my ac, every time they seem to think my wife is stupid and bs her while never fixing the issue. I wouldn't recommend at all.

Unfortunately I had no hot water for a week. I had to stay in a hotel for a few days. Even after speaking to a supervisor (who by the way was NO help) I facilitated any movement. AHS also ordered the wrong water heater. Absolute nightmare.. currently looking for a new warranty company.
