I've had a number of issues with billing and service. Most times I've called the problems can't be answered or rectified or if they are it's taken an absurd amount of time. Additionally most of the customer service representatives are hard to understand/language barrier.

Literally said they would charge for a repair and when I called they said they'd call back and never did. I shouldn't have to pay in the first place let alone chase you. You literally never communicate updates for service orders.

Had to request another repair after 2 months and now wait a month for my parts to come in and availability from the company. Then after the wait have to order another part and scheduled again for another month out for parts and availability. Still patching and costing more money as well as my inconvenience. Seemed great at first, upon notification that the original contractor sent out for my air could not complete it I have been waiting 3 weeks for them to actually accept the second contractor to complete the job. The heat here in the south is way to high for this level of negligence.
