Couldn't speak to any agents in the US, always overseas. Couldn't get good service at all, e.g., one repair for a dryer took almost 2-months because agent did not enter the part order & I had to make 7 or 8 calls.

No one wants to help. Takes months to get anything done if it involves a payout. Customer service does not care about your issue. You have to hope they put in the paperwork to have a manager call you and when they do it's at 0400 in the morning. Then you have to go through customer service again and again. Terrible company.

they out source customer service and it's too long a wait for supervisor. When everything is good they are perfect but when it's a problem getting an issue resolved with a contractor through them is none existing. I am a home owner and realtor I honestly can not recommend them.

Very disappointed with the services I've received involving my HVAC system as well as few other repair services . For the money I'm paying I should be able to pick my own repair company after receiving poor service from the one that was provided. All in all it was time for me to go with a better Home Warranty Company

Horrible it's been over 20 days without air conditioning. I have asked every day to speak to management and nothing happens. I also have family that has asthma and have made this known and AHS will not do anything! I have had the run around since June 30th today is July 16th! It's ridiculous.
