Opened service request on garage door opener problem. Electrician was sent out and told us they "don't do that type of work". Said AHS would get in touch to address the problem. Have not been contacted yet after several weeks. The original service request was closed with no explanation.

Have has an open service order since 07/17/21 to fix refrigerator ...its is 08/11/21 still nothing fixed and contractor can't come out until 08/17/21. Disappointed in lack of action by AHS for my major appliance and contractor assigned to fix is not doing job well.

Slow on getting things resolve. It took several contractors visits and at the end just to find out they can’t fix the problem. The replacement guarantee that they say, if it cannot be fixed they will replace is not a true statement

Unable to fix my duct work issue in the attic but a separate contractor was able to do the work without a problem. This left me with having to find a reputable company to do the repairs and with the bill. This defits the purpose of having insurance.

Lack of quality control w contractors and AHS tickets. I have had a ticket open for 5 weeks on a fridge repair that is still not completed. Tickets should be monitored and customers contacted proactively.

After making monthly payments, when you need there services they charge more money to come out, but then they tell you they don't have anyone to come to your home for more then a week. At first I was happy with AHS and felt that I was making a wise choice having this home warranty until I needed to actually use the coverage. It has taken several weeks to get approva and then the cost is outrageous. I still have t actually had the repair completed.
