Poor customer service. Their CSR Reps are difficult to understand (poor English), hard to deal with and simply will not listen. They read their response cards over and over until I simply want to gang up. They will not get a supervisor on the phone to help resolve the issue.

Had a pin leak between 2 walls. Your company did not get a plumber to the house to fix it for four days. what could have been a simple fix wound up that I had to have walls cut out, flooring replaced, baseboard replaced walls repaired, walls painted and more. multiple calls were made to your customer sevicer

I have had the worst experience with my current issue with my A/C. Almost everyone I have talked with at American Home Shield has been very unhelpful. I had requested to speak with a supervisor numerous times, only to be told none was available and would call me back. No supervisor has ever called me back.

Very disappointed regarding renewing my contract via phone. I was promised an email confirmation and have not received any. I have called three times and still have not receive it. AHS used to be a wonderful company! I have been with them for many years. Something happened to them and now it’s like they could care less about you! Now you don’t get a call from them to check to see if everything was ok and a lot of times the service company they send half way fixes the problem. They just want the service fee.

Contractor was contacted. Came out and gave a remedy. Said parts were ordered and sill almost a month and a half still waiting. Called AHS twice and got run around and referred to contractor with same outcome. I don’t know of anything or anywhere it takes a month and a half to get parts. Maybe someone can help me out with this please.

I have been waiting since September of 2020 for a refund from the cooktop I had to purchase. The cheapest, like appliance, was $400 less than you slotted so I had to 'eat' that cost. There is no replacement cooktop on the market in the price range you allowed

They look for way to decline legitimate claims and they employ too many people who don’t understand English well enough to understand what you are telling them. Too few contractors so when you have a problem that that contractor missed you have no one else to come fix it.
