AHS charged my account an erroneous charge and I am stuck in a continuous loop of non-resolution. I cannot get assistance with contacting the corporate office and it is beyond frustrating to speak to many people, provide documentation and not get a resolution.

Filed a claim for an Ice Maker Stand Alone, provided the model number, paid $75.00 for someone to come out and diagnosis it, then have someone I couldn't understand from a language barrier tell me it wasn't covered. So wasted $75.00. Thanks.

Hard to get a representative to call you back. Impossible to get a supervisor. Very poor communication skills as they have outsourced their customer service to other countries and agents are hard to understand. I would never recommend American Home Shield and plan to cancel asap.

Our ac went out Saturday and we still didn’t have anyone assigned to us my Monday afternoon. I have a 7 month old baby and 3 dogs and we had no where to go. No urgency in this company. Also I asked to speak to a supervisor twice and they would not transfer me. They told me someone would call back in 24 hours and that never happened.

One of my calls was was mismanaged due to a language barrier, the CSR was outside of the US and did not understand what was being communicated. On 3 seperate calls, my service request was escalated requiring a call back from AHS. AHS has never returned my phone call.

I renewed my contract and now I’m being charged $19.80 for “sales tax” even though my paperwork says my $743.88 payment includes all sales taxes. I’ve called 3 times to rectify this situation and the person in the PHILIPPINES cannot help me. And no one in a supervisory position will contact me. I do not owe $19.80.

I had a water heater installed and opted for the cash out. I was told to send my invoice in and I would be reimbursed $600 for the cost of the water heater. Never got my money. Called over 5 times and still have not gotten my money. I am highly dissatisfied and will not be renewing next year.

The A/C repair service is a scam. The tech from AIR DYNASTY A/C & HEATING LLC showed pictures on his phone of faulty equipment incating they were pictures of my equipment and it wasn't. I requested a 2nd review from a different company and AHS did not respond.
