I do not get to choose who comes and the service calls they tell me who is coming and I would rather choose my own. I've also been waiting for a refund of $100 deposit for quite some time I've made two phone calls and still have not received my refund.

my experience with AHS as of yesterday, was horrible. I was under the understanding the trash compactor that was being put in would match the one being taken out. Instead a white trash compactor was replaced with the black one, which matches my other appliances. I was told i would have to pay $117 to refuse this one.

They are very difficult to deal with in making appointments and when they select a contractor they are 2 weeks or more out on fixing air conditioners or water heaters that are very vital to the life or living of people. I would not recommend them to anyone

I reported a water leak in the utility room ceiling and a plumber was sent to inspect the leak. He reported it to AHS and said that AHS would order the parts and have it repaired. Well it is now over two weeks and the leak has gotten worst. The ceiling tile has cracked and parts of the celing

I have only used my warranty 3 times. After paying my 100 for service, the company ahs hired did not fix the AC, asked for 100 refund, did not get it and paid 600 out of my pocket to get fixed. Same issue happening now!

We have been trying for six months to get our heat repaired. I have talked to supervisors regular reps with no resolution to the problem. They will not call back as they promise.
