Had to request another repair after 2 months and now wait a month for my parts to come in and availability from the company. Then after the wait have to order another part and scheduled again for another month out for parts and availability. Still patching and costing more money as well as my inconvenience. No customer concern at all

My ac doesn't work, they're supposed to cover things that break by fixing the issue or replacing. They claim what's wrong is not covered. They were supposed to do some sort of settlement once i complained, that was 5 days ago. Haven't heard a thing. No ac with 90* temps and a 2 year old at home. Horrible service.

It took from March until June to get the furnace in...that was a long time to be without heat! They didn't call me and update me during the process...I called them and was told by AHS to contact the contractors to see if they got the furnace.

It's been more than 3 weeks my issue is not resolved, contractor says we need to pay out of pocket expenses and AHS says don't have to pay anything. I am in call with support for escalation for an hour still no one is answering. They are making me wait for so long and I will disconnect the call.
