not happy with the service received - 2 visits to repair AC - technician came out and said coil would take 2-3 weeks and that he was going to put it in - I called AHS and left phone number for call back due to hold wait time - have not heard back

They've changed in service they no longer pay for most of your Service parts instead you pay more once they take your deductible on parts. they cap the amount they pay leaving you to pay the contractor more

They sent repairman who said 2 appliances needed replacement as they were unrepairable. A week has gone by and I still haven't heard from American Home Shield to replace my cooktop and dishwasher. I tried calling twice and was placed on hold for over 2 hours. Still waiting to get appliances.
