My garbage disposal still isn't working. For my HVAC, I paid $75 for service check up. When issues were found during that check up, I had to pay ANOTHER fee--$100--to get the repairs done. What a rip off.

It took over 20 days since I called. No one reached out to me to resolve the problem. I had to get someone else to fix the leak in the roof because it was raining in my house. AHS would not reimburse me. They did not honor their contract.

Our Air conditioner went out and you sent a replacement. The co who put it in did a losey jog and messed up the Freon Line. We hired another co to fix it . He is having problems fixing it. The co that fixed it does not wanting anything to help fix it.

Because I can't do a -10. After 9 years of paying monthly, I was not given a new unit. 3 times someone came to deal with a 25 years old unit. I was "offered" $800.00" to put freon. A very high estimate by the company sent. Not worth paying monthly. They also make it very difficult for their contractors to do the correct job.

My ac quit, was 14 years old compressor gone they will replace but not the refrigerant They pay 10.00 lb leaving me 215 a lb x12 I see this as their way out my putting 2500.00 or so into an old ac as a bad choice

I have called 4 times to get the $100 charge taken off my account. They said it was waived but it's still there. Every time I call I have to re explain it all. A rep by the name of Crystal was going to call me back to address the $100 charge issue. She never called back. Plus my dryer is still not working 100%

well they assigned me a contractor that stole my money and never performed the work. Then the hired a second contractor the switched the work order then AHS denied the equipment. So the replacement never happened and AHS took my money and did not make good with the warranty.t

The customer service agents are horrible when you call to submit claims. Alot of the contractors dont have parts on hand to fix issues and they have to order and get approval from AHS which takes alot more time for repairs.
