I have never had a worse experience. My dishwasher went out Jan 31. A&E technicians have been here four time and replaced 3 parts. They made and confirmed by email an appointment for today to replace a control board, and they never showed up. When I called, they didn't even have us on their schedule.

We requested a plumber to fix a water leak on 3/14/22. We had to wait until 3/16/22 for a plumber to come on site. He could not find leak. We had to pay a Leak Detection Company $375 to find the leak. The leak has not been fixed yet as of 3/18/22.

I have been trying for 2 months to get my plumbing problem corrected. 2 weeks ago, you sent an appliance repair person instead of a plumber. I have called several times and have been told someone will contact me in 24 - 48 hours. Then I have been told 4 hours. This is UTTERLY ridiculous. The water is damaging my floor and the woodwork.

Coverage is as promised and simple for run-of-the-mill repairs, but it requires over an hour wait and an act of congress to actualy get someone on the phone to talk to when your claim includes something more like appliance replacement, etc.

I had a hold on one of my heat vents, which is supposed to be covered by AHS. They denied the claiming their was physical force which caused the hole. No one had been up in the crawl space and they had to use a long ladder to see hole. I have never been up there and don't own a ladder to reach!

i have confusion when trying to make request over the system . MY last request, was service to find no fault, system was working at high heat level of 78 when repairman was on site. I was told to call within 30 days for return visit, I called and left message but no one return. I feel that I paid money for nothing.
