For this particular time, I paid $125 dollars and no maintenance was done because the problem was due to rats chewing the wire. I was told that AHS does not cover "pet" damage, so I basically got nothing for my money. Please refund my money.

They have went back on their word twice with my ac duct work and knew we had a new born on the way and still kept giving us different answers. Now we are stuck with working on our own duct work that AHS a claimed was covered under my package deal.

Everything in customer service is out sourced, English is not great and many times they have no idea what your saying and the lie. Ex i was told that I would not be charged a service fee and then weeks later I now have a random invoice for something that never took place. Not happy.

They are unhelpful. Always. They never know what is going on. We have been without AC for almost 2 weeks because American Honeshield "doesn't have an order" from the AC company. But the AC company is waiting on American Honeshield. It's a joke.

Moved in and our microwave stopped working after a few uses. We set up a repair and the repair person said it was not fixable. AHS denied us getting a replacement because they said it was pre existing. Everything in the house is preexisting. That is why we got the coverage. This is a SCAM!!!
