The service I paid for never happened. Technician called in sick and service was delayed a week. That day came and went and the technician was never sent out. I finally had to find another service to do the job.

I have called 4 times to get the $100 charge taken off my account. They said it was waived but it's still there. Every time I call I have to re explain it all. A rep by the name of Crystal was going to call me back to address the $100 charge issue. She never called back. Plus my dryer is still not working 100%

well they assigned me a contractor that stole my money and never performed the work. Then the hired a second contractor the switched the work order then AHS denied the equipment. So the replacement never happened and AHS took my money and did not make good with the warranty.t

The customer service agents are horrible when you call to submit claims. Alot of the contractors dont have parts on hand to fix issues and they have to order and get approval from AHS which takes alot more time for repairs.

Got new hot water heater from mfg which took them 2 months and 2 plumbers to diagnose I had to do all phones calls with mfg to get them to pay for it and ahs wouldn't pay a dime on the labor to put it in I had to pay all labor cost!

They offer an AC tune up, then when AC tech finds issue, you need to open a NEW service ticket with AHS and PAY ANOTHER service fee for them to come back out for the repair
