Got new hot water heater from mfg which took them 2 months and 2 plumbers to diagnose I had to do all phones calls with mfg to get them to pay for it and ahs wouldn't pay a dime on the labor to put it in I had to pay all labor cost!

the companies sent out are awful. I tried to get a refund from a previous service where a plumber came out for a leak then stated he couldn't put hands on anything and then left. I was on hold with customer service forever and couldn't wait that long. RIDICULOUS!

Recent experience with our refrigerator - been waiting 1 month and still no response from assigned company left them a message and no answer.customer service at AHS not very helpful either and advide to just wait with current vendor. The long hold time with AHS is a big deterrent to keep calling them to launch complaints

The lady on the phone told me how much it would cost before I even gave her all of the details. Then she wanted $30.00 to "hold my reservation ". When I told her I wasn't going to pay until someone came to my house, she hung up on me.

Mostly it's an extremely frustrating process, it took a month to get replacements the language barrier , lack of clear communication, with the exception of a few experienced agents. I have had time wasting vendors come do subpar jobs.
