Simple inexpensive things that aren't time sensitive usually work out but if it's time sensitive or expensive or something needs replacing then just buy it yourself, the we fix it or replace thing is just something they say, if they replace it and I mean if, you will get Pennies on the dollar for what a new item costs

The actual coverage is subpar and covers the bare minimum. After 4 years of pumping Freon into a AC unit on its last leg and that being our only option again this year, we decided to save our $700 a year on the warranty and replace it out of pocket and cancel our warranty. If it doesn't cover the big items, we don't need it for the little ones.

Because I can't do a -10. After 9 years of paying monthly, I was not given a new unit. 3 times someone came to deal with a 25 years old unit. I was "offered" $800.00" to put freon. A very high estimate by the company sent. Not worth paying monthly. They also make it very difficult for their contractors to do the correct job.
