I have been getting the run around for weeks after the contractor lied. I call every few days and get the same BS response that nothing can be done until the contractor submits their report. No follow up from your company. My freezer remains broken and I will NEVER recommend American home shield to anyone.

We had an a/c company come out and quote $1000 repair and of course it wasn't covered. So we called a local company and they repaired the problem in 20 minutes at no charge. It was a nick in the electrical wire" not a $1000 rewire job!! Rip off

It has been over a month waiting on parts to fix my a/c. I found someone who has the parts but AHS won't give me outside authorization so the 2nd guy can fix it. I'm still waiting AND still paying my monthly fee. AHS doesn't seem to care about providing me a service repair.

Plumber came out to review for a leak which I explained that I thought it was the toliet. He looked at the toliet and advised it wasn't leaking. Called today to speak with camacy who not helpful and overtalked me which is rude. I requested a supervisor which I was advised I had to wait on a callback. Why!!!!!

AHS assigned a plumber to do a job the plumber return gave false info called AHS to ask about the repair .AHS gave the plumber report in the end I paid for a plumber to come.The company did the job and their repair wasn't the same as AHS PAID twice

I have been dealing with this company since February, finally after the two plumbers that knew nothing. Now I'm having air conditioning problems and AHS wants to send the first plumber back out here. I was denied when I ask for the contractor that fixed my plumbing.

So far my experience has been, the employees read from a script and don't tell the truth. Their Indian accents are very hard to understand. Each issue I have called about I was told one thing. When I called back the story changed. I am still waiting for my check.
