Plumber came out to review for a leak which I explained that I thought it was the toliet. He looked at the toliet and advised it wasn't leaking. Called today to speak with camacy who not helpful and overtalked me which is rude. I requested a supervisor which I was advised I had to wait on a callback. Why!!!!!

I have had to do all the follow up. I have been without AC for two weeks and the company they retained to fix the issue said it would take one week to get the part. When I called about the status, they changed the timeline to 3 weeks!

So far my experience has been, the employees read from a script and don't tell the truth. Their Indian accents are very hard to understand. Each issue I have called about I was told one thing. When I called back the story changed. I am still waiting for my check.

We had an a/c company come out and quote $1000 repair and of course it wasn't covered. So we called a local company and they repaired the problem in 20 minutes at no charge. It was a nick in the electrical wire" not a $1000 rewire job!! Rip off

My service professional has never been to my home. I have called him 4 times and AHS 4 times. The first time I spoke to him AHS CONNECTED us and left the call! Very unprofessional! My ticket is still not resolved and the first line of customer service has been nonhelp

Simple inexpensive things that aren't time sensitive usually work out but if it's time sensitive or expensive or something needs replacing then just buy it yourself, the we fix it or replace thing is just something they say, if they replace it and I mean if, you will get Pennies on the dollar for what a new item costs

The actual coverage is subpar and covers the bare minimum. After 4 years of pumping Freon into a AC unit on its last leg and that being our only option again this year, we decided to save our $700 a year on the warranty and replace it out of pocket and cancel our warranty. If it doesn't cover the big items, we don't need it for the little ones.
