I had a lot of trouble getting a response after the contractor came out. When escalating, or asking for help i continuously just got a script. It took too long to escalate and everyone kept saying the same thing.

Horrible contract service. They did not honor their 50 dollars off on my last service fee for the pool. The pool service took 2 weeks for a guy to come and tell me my issue wasn't covered and I was charged 100 bucks. This is horrible service and will not be renewing againe

The communication with American home sheild is terrible . I have called multiple times to talk about my problem ans every time I get no where . When I ask for a supervisor they tell me there is no one available. My pool heater is still not working properly.

A/C was not cooling. Contacted AHS. Service technician arrived 2 days later. Unit needed 8lbs. Freon. We paid $880 for freon. AHS only paid $10 per lb. And freon costs $120 per lb. Freon should be considered a part since an air won't work without it and we were told all parts and labor were covered.

They sent the wrong contractor and keep trying to charge me. Even after a supervisor said it was taken care of it wasn't. Still getting emails about a past due bill. I paid them for the service that was done. Still telling me I'm past due.

AHS takes too long to provide service...and when NO agent is available 48 hrs is too long. The Plumbing firm you use in CO (Crown Home Service) is Nonresponsive and you still use them. Any plumbing issues take a minimum of 48 hrs and that is too long for a rental to NOT have service.

My washing machine broke they had somebody come out and look at it the technician told him it was not wear and tear I called the manufacturer and they said it was wear and tear and Home Shield will not pay for it to get fixed so I had to go buy a new one on my own so I'm going to look for a different place to go

I've now been waiting a call back (for the 3rd time). They were to review the recorded phone call to verify that I was offered a rate different from what I was charged. It's been another week when promised 24 hours from the escalation department. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and possibly canceling my service.

Two AHS contracted plumders indicated my Hot water heater is not work properly and the hot water heater is so old they can not get parts for it to fix it. AHS has denied replacement request from both plumbers and have done nothing to fix my hot water heater. What a great service.

I paid my bill your company is saying didn't, but my bank statement and the bank it self said it was paid. I look on your website and it states it's paid. Then I get a phone call from your company that July is paid but June is not. THAT DOES NOT MAKE ANY!!! SENSES AT ALLLLLLL!!!!!!

Rapid Response A/C was sent to my residence they did a horrible job. They didn't properly diagnose my a/c they were so quick to say it's the Freon. I had another company come in March & tech said I was good with Freon. Rapid response hung up the phone on me & they failed to answer calls.

I still have a broken appliance, they wanted to charge me another fee and the original problem has never and is STILL not fixed. They never call back when they say. I'm still waiting on a call back since Sunday. Today is Thursday.

Very Poor service from all the contractors I have been assigned whenever I need repairs done. Memphis has been experiencing 3 digits weather and never got a contractor to fix my A?C Had to use another Company so the occupants of this property die of a heat stroke!!!!!!

They did not help. Sent a company ti fix my AC with a very low rating and AC is still broken. because my senior husband is health impaired the urgency of finding someone who would replace our AC was urgent. Now they will not work with us with the cost of a new AC

They do everything they can to get out of providing coverage. We have to spend hours arguing with them each time we have called. They have initially agreed to pay their contractors and then sent us letters later that say they changed their minds and we have to pay the contractor. Their contractors charge more than non-AHS contractors.

You pay a premium every month however when it's time for American Home Shield to pay for something that is broke they don't pay hardly anything therefore the consumer ends up paying even more out of their pocket so, what is the purpose of paying a monthly fee..
