Not thrilled with timeliness of a plumbing repair. You charge me up front the deductible then your vendors come without the appropriate piece required to repair and I'm told to wait ? We will call AHS for approval of a new unit. I spent darn near the replace my price in a deductible - and still don't have a kitchen sink repaired.

Poor customer service on my situation. Have been waiting 20 days for the assigned contractor to come do work. When I reached out 3x for assistance all I get is the run around that they will try reaching out to contractors. They get the same result of no response, but won't bother to cancel and reassign ticket.

Very Poor service from all the contractors I have been assigned whenever I need repairs done. Memphis has been experiencing 3 digits weather and never got a contractor to fix my A?C Had to use another Company so the occupants of this property die of a heat stroke!!!!!!

I paid my bill your company is saying didn't, but my bank statement and the bank it self said it was paid. I look on your website and it states it's paid. Then I get a phone call from your company that July is paid but June is not. THAT DOES NOT MAKE ANY!!! SENSES AT ALLLLLLL!!!!!!

The technician they sent out located the problem with our air conditioning system leaking condensation water onto our floor and had everything with him to solve the problem. Since we upgraded to the platinum plan, everything was covered.

Take way too long for air conditioning repair, not due to failure on repair technician's part, but because AHS contracted with a repair company that is a one shop, and gets woefully behind when the air conditioning season kicks in. We're in our 80's, and to suffer through 4 full weeks without air conditioning is unacceptable!

I've had to chase them and a technician to actually fix my ductwork for over a week and counting. Called multiple times to speak with representatives who gave me conflicting information. Nothing is clear, not even in the contracts. I wish I could say I want to renew, but it's looking like SLIM chance at this point.

I tried to cancel my contract after not getting the free air conditioner tune up in 2021. I was told I had to wait a year. Then I called up a year later to cancel and I was told there was no contract and I could have canceled anytime. Dishonesty will get you no where.

Usually I have no problem with AHS however my garage door stopped working and I placed a service order January 18 and as of today June 17 it still is not fixed. I keep getting the run around. This company should better ways of fixing problem contractors instead of giving customers the run around.

It took 4 weeks to get a technician to come look at my stove. On May 17th AHS sent me an email to inform me they were sending a check for $617. The check has not arrived. The check is a week late getting to me as of yet. When will the check get here?

I had to call 8 times to try to schedule a service appt for my fridge and 7 different associates were unable to help me with the simple request. One even going so far as telling me that their guidelines would not allow the appt. to be made. The last person I spoke with was finally able to assist. Felt like I was doing their job for them.

They tried thier best to deny a claim. I made multiple calls and asked for a supervisor multiple times and was never transferred or able to speak to a supervisor. My air conditioner was out for over 3 weeks and I had to fight to get it repaired.

After 3 years of just "fixing" the AC unit with no increase is cooling, it was determined that we needed an whole new unit. At this time, all of a sudden it was "determined that lighting had hit it" and is was not under warranty. The service was ok for small appliances but failed me when it came to the big stuff.

38 days without AC and temperatures in the 90's. My assigned contractor walked away from the repair and told me to find someone else. Called another company and waiting for a part to arrive turning this mater over to my attorney to pursue legal remedy.
