I had a slow leak in my toilet. Their plumber came out and replaced a part, using a generic part, not one specific for this unusual toilet that flushes on top of tank. Then toilet started leaking onto floor. Took 3 more avisits and 3 weeks to get it fixed right. The moisture from the leak caused my flooring around toilet to bubble slightly

Rapid Response A/C was sent to my residence they did a horrible job. They didn't properly diagnose my a/c they were so quick to say it's the Freon. I had another company come in March & tech said I was good with Freon. Rapid response hung up the phone on me & they failed to answer calls.

Very disappointed the way you handle general problems. My kitchen sink fell in and caused leakage in my house and American home shield was not able to assist with no good explanation as to why they could not assist me. Very disappointing!!

Not thrilled with timeliness of a plumbing repair. You charge me up front the deductible then your vendors come without the appropriate piece required to repair and I'm told to wait ? We will call AHS for approval of a new unit. I spent darn near the replace my price in a deductible - and still don't have a kitchen sink repaired.

They do everything they can to get out of providing coverage. We have to spend hours arguing with them each time we have called. They have initially agreed to pay their contractors and then sent us letters later that say they changed their minds and we have to pay the contractor. Their contractors charge more than non-AHS contractors.

At this time, it's been 9 days without resolution. I even contacted a contractor with previous work order experience with AHS but neither the customer service operators or the "supervisor" helped or offered to contact the contractor.

They did not help. Sent a company ti fix my AC with a very low rating and AC is still broken. because my senior husband is health impaired the urgency of finding someone who would replace our AC was urgent. Now they will not work with us with the cost of a new AC

Very Poor service from all the contractors I have been assigned whenever I need repairs done. Memphis has been experiencing 3 digits weather and never got a contractor to fix my A?C Had to use another Company so the occupants of this property die of a heat stroke!!!!!!

Poor customer service on my situation. Have been waiting 20 days for the assigned contractor to come do work. When I reached out 3x for assistance all I get is the run around that they will try reaching out to contractors. They get the same result of no response, but won't bother to cancel and reassign ticket.

The technician they sent out located the problem with our air conditioning system leaking condensation water onto our floor and had everything with him to solve the problem. Since we upgraded to the platinum plan, everything was covered.
