Had to replace a water heater. I was never provided with cost for different options AHS picked the cheapest option. When I ask for the payout amount I was told I had to speak to a different department that never returned my call. I kept having to call to check on status and there was a long delay. I was also charged $1k out of pocket

Because your service is so slow and I efficient, we were without water for ELEVEN (11) days. We went to a hotel in our city to get showers! You are the warranty company! People need service. That's what we pay for, and there are people who are waiting even longer than we did. No heat in the winter with babies?! Completely unacceptable.

I am currently trying to get the heating and air conditioning company they referred to fix my heater to come back for the third time and actually fix it. They come and "troubleshoot" the system and say it is fixed, yet it continues to fail. It has been over three weeks and they still have not completed the service.

Even when explaining what I need done, they take my money then tell me after the fact they will not cover the repair. They are good at regular maintenance but not repairs and again, they take my money with no satisfaction. And their suppliers are rude and give false answers to the diganosis.
