Coverage is as promised and simple for run-of-the-mill repairs, but it requires over an hour wait and an act of congress to actualy get someone on the phone to talk to when your claim includes something more like appliance replacement, etc.

I had a hold on one of my heat vents, which is supposed to be covered by AHS. They denied the claiming their was physical force which caused the hole. No one had been up in the crawl space and they had to use a long ladder to see hole. I have never been up there and don't own a ladder to reach!

I contact AHS to add my new pool-spa in the month of Oct/Nov. The agent suggested to cancel the current contract and apply for a new one, with no penalty. When the new contract started in Dec 17th, i had to pay $76 penalty fee for cancellation. Since I just want to upgrade, this is really disappointing.
