Unhappy camper Broken Arrow, OK

I have been trying to get a problem resolved with billing for a month and a half after being assured that it was taken care of. Every time I call to try and resolve the issue, I'm put on hold until I get disconnected.

I would not recommend Home Shield. We have had an ongoing problem with a refrigerator. The contractors they employ are substandard, it takes too long to get service, and we are left hanging for months with products that do not work.

The repair people they send either charge more than other repair services or they refuse to do the work citing warranty issues. I had an AC problem. The service AHS sent wanted to charge an additional $600. I got a second service to come out. They charged $398.

Customer service is poor. I spoke with 5 different agents. Two were helpful. But the call was disconnected after 40 minutes of holding in one case; and one rep. was so rude that she hung up on me.
