It took over a month to get my A/c fixed. I still have not received the permit I paid for my reimbursement for the a/c I had to buy and the HERS testing which is required in CA hasn't been done even though. Paid for it

After 5 weeks, our HVAC has not been fixed or replaced because the company that came out hasn't done the paperwork. AHS should send out a different company but they say they need the paperwork from first heating and air conditioning company who has promised to send the report yet doesn't, after many calls.

Never follow through with call backs or updates. Never know what is going on with an account. If the fix is simple and just requires one schedule the that anything else that requires more detail or follow up, terrible service experience

I have been without air conditioning, in Texas, waiting for almost three weeks for an evaporator coil to arrive, that American Home Shield can only order. The contractor then has to wait for the part to arive before they can begin the repair. Totally unacceptable!!

They don't listen. They don't resolve issues. I still have an issue that have not been resolved and they have not returned the funds. And they don't care about the customer. Their phone agents are terrible and they don't understand basic English. They just have people to answer the phone just to answer.

Repair company did not receive my request from AHS in a timely manner. It took 2 phone calls from me to AHS before the request was received. There was a mix up with the AHS assigned repair number and customer information. The repair request number was I received was actually assigned to another customer and address.
